Our client is an emerging global fashion network for shopping, working with some of the most influential creators, artists, athletes, and celebrities. They are currently looking to hire a full-time Marketing Operations Manager to join their growing team.

This is a full-time role, onsite in Soho 5 days/week.

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead the setup and execution of their marketing initiatives - optimizing processes, experimenting with automation, and driving performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaign Setup & Execution
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, tracking, and execution.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to launch paid media campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Design, develop and optimize email marketing templates, workflows, segmentation, and automation to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Establish SOPs for campaign execution.
• Marketing Technology & Automation
  • Manage and optimize marketing tools and CRM systems for efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes.
• Data & Performance Analytics
  • Set up and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Track and report key marketing metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Use data insights to optimize spend and identify growth opportunities.
• Process Optimization & Workflow Management
  • Improve marketing operations through refined workflows, documentation, and best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align marketing initiatives with business goals by working closely with commercial and product teams.
  • Ensure seamless communication and handoffs across teams.
• Budget & Resource Management
  • Assist in budget planning and allocation to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or a related role - preferably in a startup, luxury fashion, e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, or similar).
• Proven track record in campaign setup, audience segmentation, tracking, and performance optimization.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to develop workflows and manage timelines.
• Experience collaborating across teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment - comfortable with ambiguity, problem-solving, and ownership of initiatives.
• Passion for fashion, social commerce, and content, with an understanding of emerging luxury brands and the digital shopping space.
