JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Assembler, Pendants Location: Menomonee
Falls, WI Job Id: 4114 \# of Openings: 1 Position Overview: The
Assembler, Pendants will assemble and wire push button parts to meet
customer specifications, ensuring the highest quality product at the
lowest possible cost, in accordance with company policies and
procedures. Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Obtain customer orders through ERP or Business
Management System. Understand and interpret the work orders and
drawings. Obtain the necessary tools, parts and components. Perform all
assembly, wiring (SBP, SBP2, Vactor, etc.) and labeling activities to
meet customer specifications. Ensure the assembly is in working
condition and meets departmental appearance standards (labeling
straight, removing of any labels with no left over residue, etc). Box up
all finished assemblies according to procedures. Complete and maintain
all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. Work overtime as needed
to meet customer requested ship dates. Follow and comply with all safety
and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping
standards. Job Functions: Box switches and bag hardware kits as needed.
Open incoming boxes of parts and materials and place on storage shelves.
Complete special projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies,
and Abilities: Requires the ability to operate a wide variety of small
hand and power tools, wire cutters, crimpers and strippers. Requires the
ability to operate a computer and its job related software. Uses time
wisely and efficiently to produce accurate, quality work that meets
standards. Able to prioritize work effectively and has a sense of
urgency. Strives to obtain the goals of the department. Follows ESD, 5S
and/or safety policies, recognizes hazards, and takes steps to prevent
accidents. Gives high priority to customer satisfaction ensuring
delivery of products that meet customer expectations. Required
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six
to twelve months of relative assembly experience; or a combination of
