Job Description Customer Service Team members are required for a variety of University and Athletic Department events. Team members fill multiple staffing posts – ushers, guards, & ticket takers - that may vary from event to event and are responsible for providing a safe, fun and memorable environment for our guests. The Customer Service Team serves our fans, supporters, alumni, the university community, media outlets and each other. The staff ensures that events are conducted in a manner consistent with University guidelines, the Pac-12 conference, and NCAA policies and procedures. Specific Description This position is a temporary, part-time position for Husky Football Stadium Customer Service Team, which requires availability for seven Husky Football Games in the fall. Opportunities to work other Athletic Department events may be available. Requirements Exemplify THE WASHINGTON WAY by consistently putting our FANS FIRST and providing them with extraordinary customer service. Maintain an understanding of the seating layout, building policies, procedures, and specific event information. Act upon all comments and complaints in a prompt and friendly manner. Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations. Uphold professional standards of performance and appearance at all times.
