We are a small business doing big things in the solar industry. We are looking
to grow our team. You must be a self starter and able to effectively manage
your time and work independently. This job is for door to door canvassing
manager. We are looking for a results-driven representative to actively
manage, seek out and engage customer prospects. You must be experienced in
managing a full canvass team to apply for this job. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT
HAVE CANVASS MANAGEMENT EXPERINCE.
Pay: $18.75 hourly plus commission.
This job will have a pay 40-50% of total sales commissions and override
bonuses on any canvasser under your supervision.
Responsibilities
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through all canvassing techniques
Achieve agreed upon canvassing targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Keep on track of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
