Field Service Technician

What You Will Do
* Meet with existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or follow-up on warranty issues.
* Make recommendations to customers on additional products or services and/or identifies a potential problem with diagnosis and remedy.
* Repair systems and provide updates at homes
* Follow through with customers until all issues are resolved.
* Support the mission of our company.

What You Will Have
* Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75lbs, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
* Strong listening and learning skills
* Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
* A genuine desire to serve others - customers and teammates

Pay is Hourly + commission.
