Required Skills:
Qualifications:
Highly preferred medical experience or experience working with elderly or developmentally disabled individuals in long-term care, memory care, or behavioral health settings.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Maintain a high school diploma or general education degree required.
Certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Trained Medication Aide (TMA).
Knowledge of basic life support techniques.
Familiarity with anatomy and medical terminology.
Must pass MN Department of Human Services Background Study
Must hold a valid United States driver's license and pass a driving record check conducted by our insurance carrier.
Must have Microsoft Office skills and be proficient in organizational and time management tasks.
Willingness to learn, team player, and good communication skills.
Preferred qualification of being certified as or willing to obtain certification as a Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).

Job Description:
Medical Support Assistant 

We are seeking individuals certified as Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).

Wage: Up to $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Assist in medical operations and training.
Complete documentation and assist with daily tasks.
Advocate for the benefit of others.
Check vital signs.
Track changes to medical condition.
Assist with personal cares.
Attend medical appointments.
Track controlled substances.
Assist with medication administration.
