Job Description:
Residential Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator at our Virginia, MN office.

The Human Resources Coordinator position will implement human resources programs, including recruitment and selection, new-hire onboarding, employee training, scheduling, timekeeping, and other assigned programs. This position will provide administrative support to the Virginia office and NSLC region.

Salary: $20.00-22.00 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate the hiring process to include screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating program previews, communicating with candidates, writing offer letters, and completing background, reference, and MVR checks.
-Assist with the recruitment process, including creating and maintaining job postings and advertisements, attending hiring events, and communicating recruitment needs to the Communications and Marketing Specialist. 
-Conduct new hire onboarding and set up new employee accounts and training.
-Work with program supervisors to ensure employee timecards are accurate and submitted timely. 
-Review and reconcile employee timecards to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure the correct application of pay codes and stipends.
Coordinate the cross-training, transfer, and promotion process.
-Provide training and feedback to program supervisors on scheduling and timekeeping procedures and systems.
-Maintain confidential files and personnel actions.
-Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
-Update HRIS database records and process paperwork for new hires, transfers, promotions, and other status changes.
- Compile reports from the database as needed.
-Assist the department in carrying out various human resources projects and procedures as assigned.
-Provide administrative and operational support to the regional office
