SUMMARY
This position is responsible for billing and follow-up on all third party/insurance claims and ensures prompt and accurate reimbursement. Works with patients inquires to ensure knowledge and resolution of their insurance coverage.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)
- Complete timely claim submission for all payers.
- Recognize and resolves charging errors.
- Perform account follow-up in a timely manner.
- Complete accurate posting of remittance advises and patient payments.
- Respond to insurance and patient inquiries and correspondences in a timely manner.
