Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience organizing training programs or creating training content.
- 2 years of experience in project management.
- 2 years of experience working with leadership and stakeholders across organizational units and geographies.
- 2 years of experience in a sales organization in pre-sales, customer engineering, or a delivery role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in or with Cloud role profiles such as Field Sales, Customer Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant Engineer, Cloud Consultant, or Solution Engineer.
- Experience in coaching and managing culturally diverse teams and driving a high performance culture.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud and/or other Cloud platforms.
- Ability to build, manage and execute large-scale programs in a cross-functional and complex environment with ability to influence at senior levels without direct authority.
- Ability to build strong relationships at every level of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop the site location strategy in Austin, working with regional and functional leadership in technical domains, staffing, strategy, and operations to accomplish program objectives.
- Establish collaborative relationships with internal teams and stakeholders worldwide to optimize content and materials, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with success criteria.
- Design and implement programming for our Business Rotations, including securing mentors for rotations and effectively managing performance and progress of Cloud Technical residents throughout their training schedule.
- Oversee a cohort of early career professionals (Residents), offering feedback, coaching, and resources, while assessing their readiness and advocating on their behalf.
- Collaborate with rotation managers to deliver training and coaching on providing developmental feedback and sharing best practices.
