JOB REQUIREMENTS: Discover. Achieve. Succeed. #BeHere Location:
US:WI:NEW BERLIN at our NH-NEW BERLIN COMMUNITY HOSP facility. This job
is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.900000 Shift: Rotating Schedule: Rotation of day
and night shifts. Every other Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on day Shift
and off Thursday. Then Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on night shift. Then
off a week. Job Summary: An exceptional opportunity for a qualified,
motivated and committed Paramedic to deliver the highest quality
holistic patient care resulting in the best healthcare outcomes and
extraordinary patient satisfaction scores in a highly collaborative team
model. The Paramedic assists with patient care by performing clinical &
supportive functions that they have documented competency to perform.
The Paramedic adheres to policy, procedures & established standards of
practice. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 1of year experience is required. A
minimum of 3 years of Paramedic experience is preferred.EDUCATION: High
School diploma or equivalent is required. LICENSURE: American Heart
Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)
or an AHA approved equivalent is required. Paramedic Certification in
good standing in the state of Wisconsin is required.SPECIAL SKILLS
DESCRIPTION: Fluent in English, both written and oral Commitment to the
highest ideals of the nursing profession in caring for patients
Collaborative teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary group focused
on patient care Ability to work independently Ability to exercise
independent judgment Exhibits strong decision-making skills Displays
excellent communication skills Ability to perform while under stress
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment Ability to
document accurately and concisely Ability to follow hospital policies,
goals and procedures Ability to recognize and effectively treat
