Job Description:
Secretary - Class A
Part Time 199 days/8 hrs/day - 2024-25 school year

Duties: Receptionist, greeting the public, filing, typing, data entry, door security system, copying, clerical support in attendance office and for Principal and School Office Supervisor, and general secretarial duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; ability / desire to use computer for word processing, record keeping and information retrieval; good oral and written communication and organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail; flexibility; ability / desire to work cooperatively with department, district staff and public; ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions. Must be physically working in the building.

Rate of pay: $17.10/hour.
Insurance benefits available for assigned positions of 6 hours or more per day and 194 days per year.
