Genesis10 is seeking a Finance Associate for a perm role with our client in Chicago, Los Angeles, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco or Washington, D.C. offices. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office.
Summary:
Our client is seeking candidates with four to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financing would be preferred.
The candidate must have experience drafting loan, security, and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents.
The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state in which they are practicing.
This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
This is a hybrid position which generally calls for 2 days in the office.
