JOB REQUIREMENTS: Discover. Achieve. Succeed. #BeHere Location:
US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job is ON -
SITE. FTE: 1.000000 Shift: 1st Schedule: 0930-1800 five shifts per week,
flexibility in start/end time is required to meet departmental needs.
This work schedule does include weekends and holidays as needed in
addition to on call rotation. Job Summary: Performs various routine
duties associated with patient encounters; works effectively with other
healthcare personnel to provide efficient and effective services;
promotes efficient and high-quality care and satisfaction; establishes
and directs the daily workflow of the Phlebotomy team. Other duties as
assigned. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience in
clinical lab setting. Demonstrated upward progression in Phlebotomy or
Clinical Lab setting. EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent
required. Graduate of approved Phlebotomy Training program, ASCP
certification is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Professional and
friendly disposition; ability to work under sometimes stressful
situations. Excellent customer service, organizational, and motivational
skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to
effectively train employees and students using different
