direction, supervision, and accountability of Manufacturing and
Packaging Department activities including personnel, facilities,
equipment, budgets, capital expenditures, safety, scheduling, capacity
utilization, training, operating procedures, process and cleaning
validations, compliance with state and federal requirements (FDA, OSHA,
DEA, state agencies, etc.). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
