Job Description
Essential Functions:
Coordinate the scheduling of all pilot training (Excluding ground training) system wide to include, simulator training (New hires, upgrades, return to work pilots, and recurrent), Operating Experience (OE), and FAA observations
Manage irregular operations in coordination with Crew Scheduling relating to training activity
Ensure all required training events and records are completed in a timely manner
Process all travel requests for any pilot training
Ensure flight training events and assignments adhere to FAA regulations, Company policies, and the collective bargaining agreement
Position requires nights and weekend hours
Any other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
HS Diploma or GED
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience working in a scheduling environment
Previous airline experience
Data Entry experience

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones photocopiers, filing cabinets.
