We are Currently Seeking a Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for updating & implementation of HR policies, procedures & company handbooks. Manage & oversee the hiring & onboarding procedures. Work closely with the HR team & organizational executives on HR strategizes to align with business objectives & enhance companies? culture & performance.
Job Responsibilities
Essential duties & responsibilities include:
Create, update & implement HR Policies, procedures & company handbook.
Ensure all policies are clearly communicated to employees & enforced.
Implementation & management of HR management portal in our company software.
Work Closely with HR team & Organizational executives to strategize & align company culture & performance with the business objectives.
Create & maintain employee job descriptions & process for onboarding & exit interview
Work with the HR team to oversee benefits & policies are harmonized.
Oversee payroll administrator, verify & confirm weekly input & facilitate payroll process.
Work with Benefits & Insurance manager on programs, requirements & implementation. Work with manager on all program audit needs.
Work with Safety Department on analysis & interpretation of work force trends. Including gathering & analyzing metrics to help decision making.
Work with Executives & Safety Department on developing & implementing necessary training, including a yearly safety day.
Serve as point of contact for all employee grievances, & mediate workplace conflict & coordinate re-training as needed.
Assist with recruiting & interviewing qualified candidates.
Promote a positive & inclusive workplace environment. This will also entail organizing company initiatives & events to enhance team collaboration.
Candidates will need to meet the following qualifications:
Previous experience in HR management role, with a mid to large size employer (3+ years preferred).
Knowledge of current employment laws & best practices.
Must be detailed-oriented
Must have strong work ethic, be well-organized & a self-starter
Ability to interact with employees in a professional manner
Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information
Construction Experience is Helpful
