Family-owned Plumbing, Heating and HVAC is company seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Dispatcher for their Osterville, MA location. Carl F. Riedell Plumbing & Heating is a family owned and operated company for over 90 years.

Experience:
Customer Service: 2+ years (Preferred)
High volume: 1 + years (Preferred)
Familiar with Service Titan operating system (Preferred)

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Provide superior customer service when answering phones
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and determining their needs
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Establish and maintain customer accounts in our database
Assistance with general office duties/data entry

Requirements of the Position:
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Delivers results: Operates and performs with a sense of urgency
