| Job Description: |
Need 7 full time, temporary, seasonal Farmworkers/Laborers to work in Foley, MN.
From: 04/10/2024 - 10/05/2024
Work: 42 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 7 hrs./day. 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Worker will manually plant, cultivate and harvest vegetables and fruits. Use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears and knives. Duties may include tilling soil and applying fertilizers; transplanting, weeding, thinning or pruning crops; applying pesticides; cleaning, grading, sorting, packing and loading harvested products. Work performed requires extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, stooping, bending over, and repetitive movements.
A worker can earn bonuses and/or wage increases based on performance and length of service with the employer, this benefit is at the sole discretion of the employer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have 1 month previous experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. No minimum education required.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
