About the Job
The Bulldog Staffing Resources (BSR) role is designed to provide office support to departments in need. You will support with clerical task, office support, and other work related to duties as assigned.
Responsibilities: 45% Clerical Tasks Reception duties Filing Scanning/Photocopying Monitoring phones Managing department errands 45% Office Support Document processing Data Entry Own the department email Ability to navigate the internet and UMD website 10% Other work related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma/GED Experience: One year general office/clerical experience (Training/education may substitute for some of the experience) Knowledge and/or demonstrated ability needed to perform general office tasks Skills: Data entry experience preferred PeopleSoft experience preferred Specific knowledge/skills may be required
