We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager, FP&A to join our growing team!
JOB SUMMARY
As a Sr. Manager, FP&A, you will help design and build-out the FP&A function, provide financial analysis to the leadership team, and partner with other teams to enhance and integrate Finance with other functions of the business. Reports directly to the Sr. Director of FP&A and plays a crucial part in the development and transformation of the Financial Planning & Analysis function within our PE-backed company.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and develop FP&A processes and reporting systems.
Utilize strong analytical capabilities to provide insights into financial performance and trends.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate financial data effectively.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable reports and analyses.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by leveraging SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Streamline and automate financial processes using Power Automate to improve efficiency and accuracy.
SUPERVISION
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and reporting.
Exceptional Power BI skills with a demonstrated ability to create insightful and interactive dashboards.
Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
Strong understanding of financial concepts and key performance indicators.
Experience working in a private equity-backed company is desirable.
Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating and interacting with laboratory leaders.
