Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities: • Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment. • Complete daily and monthly documentation and reports following standards. • Assist clients with money management, personal paperwork, and other documentation; • Coordinate and assist with home management functions such as light housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation; Create daily schedules and plans for clients • Ensure all necessary medical and other appointments are scheduled; • Accompany clients to scheduled appointments and/or run errands for clients. • Contribute/encourage community participation of clients • Other duties as assigned.
