Job Description:
Custodian Lead - Afternoon
Full Time 12 months/8 hrs/day
Monday thru Friday - Second Shift.

Duties: The duties of this position are to assist Building Supervisor in directing work of custodians; assist with housekeeping and maintenance of the school building; other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have State of Minnesota 2nd Class Engineer Boiler License. Training or experience in pneumatic controls and heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields. Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds. Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day. Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions. Must be physically working in the building.

Rate of Pay: $20.35/hour and up, DOQ, plus benefits.
