JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position will have a primary focus of new
business development, interacting with businesses of all sizes,
prospecting and developing new customer relationships while using
consultative skills to evaluate their needs and provide the appropriate
financial solution. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Acquire, grow and
retain long-term business relationships 2. Analyze business\' financial
needs and provide solutions 3. Ensure compliance with all relationship
underwriting 4. Proactively cross-sell additional bank services 5.
Achieve monthly sales and referral goals 6. Ensure the highest level of
customer satisfaction 7. Establish visibility in the community through
volunteer service, etc. 8. Follow all confidentiality, security and
regulatory procedures 9. Participates in professional associations;
attends industry-related conventions, conferences and reads pertinent
publications. 10. Develops relationships with other bank-related
executives to enhance network and to increase awareness of new
services/opportunities. 11. Represents Bank at various civic and
community events. 12. Conduct self in accord with the Bank\'s Core
Values and Bank Policies The job duties listed are in no way all

compliance. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s
degree with Business/Accounting emphasis or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/business banking Business
development experience Goal oriented Financial analysis and credit
underwriting skills An understanding of \"what it takes to be
successful\" Professional in appearance and in actions A friendly and
enthusiastic personality PC and internet proficiency A documented
history of successful job performance Excellent oral & written skills
Ability to work branch hours, including selective Saturday mornings
Organizational skills, ability to prioritize work assignments Sound
