• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks including usage of pivot tables and v look ups.
• Assist with invoicing and month-end close processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Engage with vendors and follow up as required.
• Utilize QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks.

• Expertise in Bank Reconciliations is crucial, as the Bookkeeper will need to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
