Provide program support to the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Security and Intelligence's Joint Hard Targets Strategies' (JHTS) database multi-million dollar funding budget for developmental and sustainment contracts. Will manage programs for two web-accessible databases across multiple joint hard targets strategies in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Provide database interface for users across the intelligence community and Department of Defense ensuring mission integrity. Mangement of diverse requirements across multiple interagency partners. Briefing and providing communications to JHTS leadership and program managers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Database management
- Intelligence Community experience
- Defense budgeting or programming experience
- Higher headquarters / Pentagon staff experience (2 years)
- Bachelor’s degree or ten years related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undersecretary of Defense in Intelligence and Security staff
- Management or staffing in defense programs
- Financial accounting
- Program management
- Computer coding
