Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership

  • Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems 

  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed

  • Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs

  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

 

Requirements

  • FCA Dealership experience is a plus

  • FCA Certifications must be current

  • Two years of automotive service experience required

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

  • Valid driver's license

  • Must be able to supply your own complete set of technician hand tools and impact wrenches

  • Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check
