Our Human Resources Department is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team and support our Corporate Operations.
In this role, you will partner with and deliver support to Corporate business leaders on employee engagement, coaching and development, talent acquisition, performance management, training, and policy/benefits management. Working from our Reston, VA headquarters (with occasional onsite presence in our Frederick, MD office) will enable you to build connections and relationships with senior leaders and confirm alignment on business priorities. You will drive and support key strategic HR and business initiatives by building positive employee relations, implementing policy changes, driving improvement through data analysis, and developing sustainable strategies to attract and retain talent.
