We are looking for 2 highly technical Java Developers with strong backend experience.
1 role focuses on more operations - heavy coding, yet a lot of operations work, engage with customers.
1 role focuses on more design, heavy research, critical thinking, and lots of customizations.
-Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
-Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that can handle high volumes and low -latency.
-Analyze user requirements to define business objectives.
-Envision system features and functionality.
-Define application objectives and functionality.
-Ensure application designs align with business goals.
-Develop and test software components.
-Identify and resolve technical issues.
-Create detailed design documentation.

-Proficiency in Java ecosystems, OOPs patterns, and concepts.
-Experience writing reusable Java libraries.
-Knowledge of concurrency patterns.
-Familiarity with MVC patterns.
-Knowledge of Apache Spark (used for big data processing).
-Experience with Spring Boot (for building robust, production-ready applications).
-API development skills.
-Strong understanding of JDBC and RESTful web --services.
-Familiarity with popular web application frameworks.
-Ability to write clean, well-designed code.
-Version control using tools like Git.
-Continuous integration practices.
