JOB REQUIREMENTS: When you work for Partners for Community Development,

Leader/Foreman is responsible for the tools, equipment, materials and
staff assigned to weatherize, rehabilitate, and improve homes that
qualify for the weatherization program. JOB DUTIES: Supervise, train and
assist the Weatherization Technicians ensuring that all work performed
is completed in a safe and professional manner. Ensure that the work
performed is of the highest quality and consistent with the State\'s
Weatherization Manual and Weatherization Field Guide. Procure materials
for an assigned job from the Program Manager or his designated
substitute. Ensure that such materials are properly installed and
accounted for and/or returned to the Supervisor of Inventory and/or
Program Manager in a timely manner. Assume responsibility for all tools
and equipment assigned and ensure that such equipment is properly
maintained and used in the proper manner as defined by the manufacturer
and/or field supervisory personnel. Ensure the timely and accurate
submission of all documentation including work orders, mileage,
equipment inventories, invoices, client agreements, damage reports, and
any other required documentation. Procure materials and equipment as
directed by the supervisory staff, ensuring that all purchase orders,
invoices and other relevant documentation are present and forwarded to
those responsible for such documents. Establish good client/staff
relationships at each jobsite, ensuring that the crew demonstrates the
proper respect and courtesy towards the client and that the jobsite is
cleaned up upon departure. Respect clients\' property and personal
matters. Maintain confidentiality of clients\' personal information.
Report any unique situations and/or any proposed additions/changes in
the audit to the Auditor who prepared the audit and when necessary to
the Program Manager. The Foreman and Auditor must agree to proposed
changes or addition to the energy audit and work order. Train
Weatherization Technicians to operate the blower door, pressure
diagnostic detector, carbon monoxide gauge digital tester, and other
equipment. Present a professional and reputable image of Partners as it
relates to your responsibilities and those of your group. Foster
relationships with peers, and supervisors to ensure a positive,
team-oriented work environment and professional relationships. Other
duties as assigned by the Program Manager. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE
AND QUALIFICATIONS: Educational and/or professional experience in the
areas of carpentry, insulation or any other related building trade.
Computer knowledge and experience required. Capacity and willingness to
learn the operations of the blower door, pressure diagnostic detector,
carbon monoxide tester and other new products and equipment to improve
older dwelling, and be willing to share and train other personnel these
skills. Capacity and willingness to seek Licenses and Certification in
the Home Improvement, Home Rehabilitation, Weatherization and Energy
Conservation Professional Field. Ability to work in demanding
environments and with people of diverse personalities. Able and willing
to supervise and train unskilled and skilled personnel. Good verbal and
written communication skills. Ability to perform physically demanding
tasks in demanding environments and extreme weather conditions. Ability
to use ladders and work at heights of up to four (4) stories. Ability to
work for extended periods of time in confined spaces such as attics and
crawl spaces. Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. A valid Wisconsin
driver\'s license, auto insurance, and a good driving record. An Equal
