Job Description

Responsible for the safe transport of P&G personnel and their guests on domestic (lower 48 states) flights. Works with our flight planning vendor and scheduling to ensure all trip aspects meet regulatory requirements. Leads fellow crew members using Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills to build highly functioning, mission-oriented teams. Assumes command responsibility for the aircraft and crew and is operationally responsible to the Chief Pilot. When assigned as SIC to another Captain, operationally responsible to the designated PIC for the trip. Relationships remain in effect regardless of which pilot is flying the aircraft or which seat is occupied.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for flight planning

  • Transport company personnel to destinations

  • Review weather and functional requirements for each flight

  • Participate on future planning, training and management teams

  • Communicate with passengers on a professional level to ensure their safety and comfort

  • Work with other company pilots and maintenance personnel in a crew concept

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

  • Licenses: ATP and aircraft specific type rating(s), Valid automobile driver’s license. Valid U.S. Passport. English Proficient.

  • Medical: FAA Class I Medical Certificate.

  • Must hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (required)

  • 2,500 hours total time for hire as a First Officer (required)

  • Must currently hold FAA First Class Medical Certificate (required)

  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (required)

  • 3,500 hours total time for hire as a Captain

  • 500 hours multi-engine, turbine for hire as a First Officer

  • 1000 hours multi-engine turbine PIC for hire as a Captain

  • Gulfstream G650 and/or Bombardier Challenger 300/350 Type Rating (preferred)

    Starting Pay / Salary Range: $174,900-$174,900
