Director of Nursing Job Details:
Hours - Full-Time
Pay Range - Starting from $80,000
Location - Rogers, MN - NorBella Rogers

Responsibilities:
Director of Nursing completed initial assessment of prospective clients requesting an assessment and develops a proposed service plan prior to the date on which a client signs a residency agreement or moves in, if possible.
Implements service agreements with all new clients.
Reviews and revises service plans as needed due to changes in clients' needs and a minimum of once every 12 months.
Oversee medication management protocols, including storage, administration, and disposal.
Supervise and support nursing staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and unlicensed personnel.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards for resident care.
Conducts evaluation of staff performance of delegated nursing services in coordination with the housing manager through appropriate documentation and consistent with personnel policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and families to address resident health concerns.
Promotes a positive, team approach and a healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
Registered and licensed RN in the State of Minnesota, license must be current.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in home health, assisted living or long-term care supervising staff.
Valid Driver's license
Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to tasks
