- Apply lived experience working in industry to support improved career outcomes for undergraduate business students and MBA students by providing insights into applying for a specific industry and functional role, including how to interview for the role, skills to develop and emphasize with employers, aligning resume and cover letter to the role, networking, and more.
- Create career development content for undergraduate and MBA students that provides insights into an industry, roles, and relevant skills.
- Collaborate with faculty to provide industry insights that can inform curriculum development.
Our team is looking for 10 Part-time Career Consultants.
- B.A./B.S., 8+ years of industry or recruiting experience, or Master's degree with 5-8 years of experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for effective career coaching.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Some weekends and evening work may be required.
- The requirements for this position may be fulfilled fully remotely.
- On-campus office space is also available.
