    We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer I- CTQ in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is primarily focused on providing technical support for various quality system processes to ensure excellent product quality throughout product lifecycles.

    Responsibilities:
    • Implement continuous improvement actions aimed at enhancing product quality
    • Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to establish acceptance criteria for production processes
    • Work with Service and the Complaint Handling Unit to investigate product issues, perform root cause analysis, and identify potential corrective actions
    • Analyze production quality data to spot trends or issues that require action or CAPA activity
    • Assist in the development and implementation of procedures in the quality management system
    • Participate in the review and disposition of nonconforming materials
    • Aid in the creation and validation of manufacturing processes
    • Conduct internal audits of production processes and report results
    • Review manufacturing process and part deviations
    • Create quality alerts when acceptance activities need adjustment
    • Support external regulator or customer audits
    • Respond to inquiries related to quality assurance arising from tenders or other sales efforts
    • Carry out other duties as requested
    • Possess strong sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
    • Proficient in handling office functions and administrative tasks
    • Demonstrated experience in creating, managing, and reviewing documentation
    • Expert in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
    • Familiarity with the development and implementation of procedures in a technical environment
    • Proven ability to provide technical support and resolve issues
    • Experience in materials handling within a manufacturing or production environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
    • Strong understanding of quality principles and methodologies
    • Ability to review procedures, products, and systems for quality assurance
    • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling
    • Experience in auditing processes, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
    • Familiarity with production environments and related quality assurance practices
    • Experience in complaint handling, with the ability to professionally address customer concerns
    • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
    • Understanding of regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
    • Ability to create, interpret, and present charts and graphs for data visualization
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative and reporting tasks
    • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and related quality assurance practices
    • Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance methodologies and practices
    • Familiarity with Windows OS and related applications
    • Experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks.
