MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: __EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent, Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred. __EXPERIENCE: Eighty (80) hours of training in the proper procedure to be employed in the performance of venipuncture and skin punctures under the supervision of the Chief Medical Technologist. __PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Completes annual education requirements. Maintains regulatory requirements. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time.
