Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fund accounting, quarterly closes, partner allocations, and financial statements
- Manage audits, investor reporting, and capital activity, including cash flow and distributions
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (IRR, DPI, TVPI)
- Improve accounting workflows through new technology and automation
- Collaborate on portfolio valuations and financial insights
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor financial inquiries
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team

- 10+ years in fund accounting, public/private accounting, or fund administration
- CPA or Master’s preferred
- Experience with custodians and platforms like Efront, Einvest, or Investment Café
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
