Compensation

New Infant Lead Teachers generally make between $13 and $17 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.

Job Summary

Help us implement Goddard’s comprehensive educational program! As a member of our teaching team, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development;
• Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance;
• Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times;
• Executing lessons plans;
• Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships;
• Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom;
• Working as a team;
• Responding to all children’s needs;
• Maintaining professional commitment;
• And most importantly,… having fun! You are working with children!

Qualifications

Quality experience is a must to take care of our babies! In order for you to be considered as a Lead Teacher, a minimum of two years of experience is preferred.
