Beacon Hill's Minneapolis-based client is hiring for a Senior Lease Servicing Specialist. This is a hybrid position, with Wednesdays and Thursdays in office each week. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.<br>
<br>Job Description:<br>
<br>The Lease Transaction Closing Specialist is responsible for executing closing activities for lease transactions, ensuring task prioritization, quality assurance, documentation, funding, and booking. This role operates within a team environment, collaborating closely with Relationship Services Specialists (RSS), asset management, credit, accounts payable, and tax departments to ensure fulfillment of lease origination commitments.<br>
<br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br>
<ol>
<li>Complete funding activities for assigned accounts to meet internal, partner, and customer commitments, conducting appropriate due diligence according to company policies.</li>
<li>Ensure timely completion of UCC filings within regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Execute booking activities to fulfill internal, partner, and customer commitments.</li>
<li>Provide support to other team members and perform closing activities for other teams to balance workload.</li>
<li>Conduct quality assurance functions, working with the LDS team to maintain high-quality standards.</li>
<li>Communicate status updates to the LDS team and leadership, keeping supervisors informed of workload and closing issues.</li>
<li>Engage actively with the LDS team to contribute to the fulfillment of partner and customer origination commitments and assist in issue resolution.</li>
<li>Participate in relationship status calls and on-site visits to assigned accounts to foster relationships and enhance service.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Account Managers, customers, and lease partners to deliver superior customer service.</li></ol>

<br>Basic Qualifications:<br>
<ol>
<li>High School diploma.</li>
<li>Two to Five years of experience, preferably in the leasing industry; or an appropriate combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or relevant discipline preferred.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of the Farm Credit System preferred.</li></ol>
