The mission of Product Lifecycle Support (PLS) is to offer relevant post-purchase product support to customers, and empower them to make the most of the products purchased on Amazon. By solving post-purchase product issues, we prevent avoidable returns and help the planet by extending the life of products, thereby generating positive financial and environmental impacts.

PLS is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Catalog Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence within the Amazon Marketplace, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and services.

As a Catalog Specialist, proficiency in adhering to complex SOPs and meeting SLAs is essential for success in this role. Candidates with advanced Excel skills will have a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate possesses a customer-centric mindset, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service. They excel in analyzing product issues and devising user-friendly solutions that enhance the customer experience.


Key job responsibilities
- Execute complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with precision and consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to streamline processes and enhance data management.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, deeply understanding product issues
- Intake management for requests from sellers, vendors and brands

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Proven experience in following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing SIM/JIRA/RIVER intake requests
- Experience conducting product research using multiple sources
- Previous experience in e-commerce or product lifecycle management.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A degree in English literature or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and user experience enhancements.
