KHJ is seeking a Staff Accountant / CPA.  Full time and Part time available.

Duties
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with budgeting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct research on accounting standards, securities laws, and tax regulations as needed
- Provide support for external audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules
- Usage of Quick books -Payroll Preparation - Data Entry

```Requirements```

- Bookkeeping Experience
- CPA certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting or general ledger accounting
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quick books or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and securities laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes is a plus
