(Coffee Equipment)-Greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin area Bring the comfort

hotel guests, and many more in the greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.
Leverage your technical ability and customer service skills to ensure
local businesses have properly working coffee equipment so everyone can
enjoy iconic brands like Folgers and Cafe Bustelo. Location: Coverage
area includes greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas. In
this role you will: Lead the equipment service business for corporations
in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Obtain expert knowledge
from our training teams to learn the ins and outs of coffee machinery
and equipment. Provide best-in-class customer service to maximize
customer satisfaction and retention. Perform scheduled service on
equipment including proactive maintenance, installations, machine
removals, asset management, and emergency service requests. Manage
equipment inventories including quarterly warehouse inventory checks and
ordering parts as needed. Document proper procedures including
electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported
quality issues and other related activities. Drive and maintain a
state-of-the-art company vehicle, fully equipped with heated seats,
large navigation screen, shelving and so much more to ensure you are

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Resides within
1 hour drive of Milwaukee, Wisconsin Strong customer service skills.
Self-motivated. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Valid
driver\'s license and clean driving record. Ability to meet physical
requirements of the job, including lifting up to 75 pounds and driving
on a frequent basis. Ability to work on-call hours at least once a
