Job Overview: As an LPN at Talamore St. Cloud, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of our residents. From hands-on care to administrative tasks, your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring resident health and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Coordinating care with physicians, staff, and other service providers.
Supervising medication administration and adherence to care procedures.
Providing support to residents, families, and fellow team members.
Staying flexible and adaptive in a dynamic assisted living environment.
Qualifications: We're looking for dedicated professionals who bring:
A current LPN license, experience in senior care is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and fostering a positive environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with resident record systems and working with seniors.
