The Strategic Project Analyst role, reporting to the Senior Director of Program Management, is a hybrid role that involves supporting key business initiatives through project management, business analysis, and data analytics. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful execution of projects, driving data-informed decision-making, and optimizing business processes.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, coordinate tasks, and gather and analyze business requirements. You will ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, identifying risks, and facilitating communication to keep projects on track. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing dashboards, creating reports, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive results."
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and status reports
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Support risk identification, management, and resolution processes
- Business Analysis:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and end users
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT and development teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend optimization strategies
- Data & Analytics:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions and monitor project progress
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for operational KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or data analytics
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus
