Order#: NY1498129 Certified Nursing Assistant Per Diem LOCATION: WYOMING COUNTY COMMUNITY SKILLED NURSING FACILITY 400 NORTH MAIN STREET WARSAW, NEW YORK 14569 DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: This position exists in Wyoming County Community Skilled Nursing Facility performing non-technical tasks to provide routine care of residents and providing such indirect or non-nursing services as are not required to be performed by a License Practical or Registered Professional Nurse. Work is subject to general supervision except activities concerned with actual care of residents, which are performed under direct supervision by the Registered Professional Nurse in charge. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Certified by the New York State Department of Health as a Residential Health Care Facilities Nurses Aide or Certified Nurses Aide.
