Support individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting, assisting with personal care, activities of daily living, and help them to live their best life.

Duties include:
-    Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their personal growth striving to obtain their goals
-    Provide and maintain safe home environment
-    Plan, implement and document teaching plans/strategies

Skills/Abilities:
-    Patience
-    Effective communication skills
-    Passion for helping others

Qualifications:
-    18 years of age or older
-    Valid US driver's license and ready access to a vehicle
-    HS Diploma/GED or one year in the field
-    Complete all initial background checks

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND MENTAL DEMANDS OF POSITION:
