JOB REQUIREMENTS: About This Opportunity The Machine Operator Lead is
responsible for operating and programming CNC production machines. In
this role, Machine Operator Lead will operate various production
equipment along with leading continuous improvement projects and other
related activities as assigned. The Machine Operator Lead will be
responsible for the safety, quality and productivity of a team of
employees on the production floor. Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) is

What You Will Do Understands, follows and enforces all established

and others. Read materials to interpret and analyze content. Including
reports, schedules, blueprints, drawings, work instructions, layouts,

daily production schedule, including changes that may occur throughout

Procedures What You Have to Offer High School Diploma or GED One-year
certificate from technical school 5+ years of experience in
manufacturing Years of experience may be substituted for certificate 1-2
