We are providing an opportunity for an IT Manager in Temecula, California, with the task of overseeing our IT infrastructure, supporting clinical systems, and taking the lead in technology integrations. Responsibilities:
• Overseeing IT infrastructure, including networks, security, and cloud-based systems
• Managing IT support staff to ensure timely issue resolution
• Developing and enforcing IT policies and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring and optimizing software solutions for business continuity
• Leading technical due diligence and system integration during acquisitions
• Supporting seamless transitions of IT operations and clinical systems
• Deploying new infrastructures with minimal disruptions
• Maintaining and improving clinical systems for providers and staff
• Troubleshooting scheduling, billing, and patient data management issues
• Enhancing clinical applications for efficiency and performance
• Aligning IT strategy with business and clinical objectives
• Staying updated on healthcare technology innovations
• Managing IT budgets and resource allocation
• Partnering with clinical, financial, and operations teams to address IT needs
• Bridging communication between IT and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensuring HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI compliance
• Developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Manager.
• Ability to jump in and contribute hands on when needed.
• Possess knowledge and skills in Cisco Technologies.
• Have experience with Cloud Technologies.
• Be proficient in the use of CRM.
• Have experience with Dell Technologies.
• Be able to manage Active Directory.
• Be familiar with Backup Technologies.
• Be capable of Configuration Management.
• Have knowledge of Fortinet Firewalls.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Azure.
• Have experience with ConnectWise or other ticketing system.
• Possess skills in Azure Sentinel.
• Have a strategic perspective on IT Strategy.
• Be able to manage relationships with IT Vendors.
• Have knowledge of EHR SYSTEM.
• Be proficient in using Epic EMR.
• Have experience with athenahealth.
• Experienced adhering to healthcare compliance
• Understand Disaster Recovery Business Continuity.
• Have experience with Windows Intune.
• Be proficient in Intune.
• Have experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A).
• Experienced managing healthcare and business system Integrations.
• Have experience in Budget Management.
