\* Full-Time/Regular HOW YOUR ROLE FITS INTO BOLDT: Our Quality Analyst
gathers and analyzes operations data for the organization, supporting
management and leadership in making informed and objective business,
quality, and process related decisions. A key component of this role is
to help build, develop, and support training implementation and measure
its effectiveness. Success in this role is demonstrated by achieving
goals that support strategic initiatives that lead to a more effectively
trained and empowered employee population. What you get to do:
Collaborate with operations and department leaders, team members and
across multiple departments to understand management objectives and to
identify relevant data and metrics. Audit processes to identify areas
for improvement and to determine compliance with stated requirements.
Build strategies for continuous improvement and improving data integrity
and security measures. Document known defects to update stand work to
avoid repetitive issues. Conduct research to identify needed solutions
and resolve issues. Based on data analysis, assist with and/ or create,
develop, implement business methods and procedures. Prepare and
distribute or deliver reports that identify, explain, or and evaluate
problems and available solutions. Read and interpret engineering
drawings and specifications to help ensure compliance with Boldt\'s
quality control procedures and requirements. Assist with developing
training and measure effectiveness. Create quality analysis policies,
procedures, and reports as needed. Maintain and update databases of
product performance specifications. Develop, collect, validate, and
report on quality metrics that drive improved performance. Develop
procedures and job aids that consistently produce desired outcomes.
Assist with and/ or lead root cause analysis and customer issue
investigations. Identify and evaluate market trends and patterns.
Required Skills What WE EXPECT FROM YOU: \*Associate degree. \*ASQ
Quality Analyst certification preferred. High proficiency with Excel;
ability to create charts, graphs, and narrative to explain current
quality metric trends or performance factors to a diverse audience.
