Posting Summary | Provide leadership and advice regarding the Student Financial Services (SFS) activities in support of the University’s graduate, modular, continuing education, and distance education programs. Coordinate SFS systems, compliance, policies, communications, and service for graduate, distance, modular, and continuing education programs, including summer sessions. Serve as the primary SFS liaison to the Graduate College and Professional & Continuing Education (PACE). Administer financial aid and receivable functions, including oversight of Return to Title IV and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) processes. Provide comprehensive services and support to students and families in managing their University finances and engage in activities that enhance the recruitment, retention, and success of the student body. |
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or finance-related field and three years’ customer service experience in a financial setting required. Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and effective analytical and technical skills required. Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate through difficult and emotional interactions with students and parents regarding personal financial challenges; ability to function in a fast-paced environment with time management and organizational capabilities. Desktop and office automation skills are required. |
Desirable Qualifications | Experience administering Title IV Federal Student Aid and experience with Ellucian Banner Student information System. |
Anticipated Pay Range | Up to $58,460 |
