Position Summary | The Associate Director of Application and Web Development plays a pivotal role within our Application Support team, focusing on driving the success of fundraising and engagement initiatives within the Division of University Advancement. Central to this role is the continual improvement and progression of our Salesforce-based Affinaquest Advancement RM system and web-based technologies that directly engage constituents. This entails a commitment to innovation and collaborative partnerships with internal teams and university stakeholders. The Associate Director of Application and Web Development:
The Associate Director leads the creation and execution of tests for updates to ensure the acceptance criteria is met and existing functionality is not impacted, creation of seed data, and completion of complex test automation. As a member of a highly skilled and evolving team, the Associate Director will have opportunities to partake in skillset development to further their technical knowledge and capabilities and career development.
