Job Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Scrum Master for an on-site 8-month contract position with a leading client in Brooklyn, OH. This role pays $55-70 /hour W2 based on experience.
Job Duties:
Establish Team Practices with client's Scrum and Agile Practices
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Manage backlog health and work intake into the backlog
Coach team members in Agile frameworks, Scrum Practices
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
